Do you offer any sizes and shapes other than those listed on the website?
We can provide any sign size you require up to 1250mm wide.

May I choose the type of material my design is printed on?
Currently, we offer signs in the following materials: banner, alupanel, corflute, colorbond, magnetic, poster, sticker and bumper sticker.
Note: Corflute is a light weight plastic produced liked corrugated cardboard, except corrugated plastic is white and durable outdoors. Our corrugated plastic is 5mm thick. They are a great option for an inexpensive, quality yard sign or outdoor advertisement.

Will the printed product look exactly like the design proof displayed on my monitor?
Due to different monitor calibrations, some printed colours may not always match the colours displayed on your computer monitor.

If I have a double-sided sign, how do I modify the sign so that the arrows are pointing in the same direction?
We do it for you. Double-sided signs with arrows will be automatically adjust so that the arrows point people in the same direction when viewed from either side.

How durable are the signs?
•Our ink is UV resistant for up to 3 years.
•Our vinyl material is outdoor durable for 3-5 years.
•For severe climate conditions, we suggest using aluminum.

Does my sign order include any posts, frames or stakes for hanging or displaying purposes?
Posts, frames and stakes may be added to the shopping cart separately and can be found in the 'Accessories / Add-ons' section. All posts, frames and stakes are shipped separately.

What is your product guarantee?
Our 90 day guarantee warrants that products do not contain manufacturing defects, and, if the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during the 90 day time period, we will either replace the product or issue you a refund / credit equal to the value of the failed product.
Digipro Prints reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not the failed product is covered by our guarantee.

What is ABS?
The plastic end caps used with the Vista Sign System use ABS. ABS stands for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) - This material is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. Usual compositions are about half styrene with the balance divided between butadiene and acrylonitrile. Considerable variation is, of course, possible resulting in many different grades of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene with a wide range of features and applications. In addition, many blends with other materials such as polyvinylchloride, polycarbonates and polysulfones have been developed. Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene materials can be processed by any of the standard thermoplastic processing methods.


Customising Your Sign

What kind of image should I use for a photograph
If you're using a photograph, then you should use a good 300 dpi resolution JPG image to size of print. Try to find the highest quality image with a file size less than 6 Megabytes (6 MB).

What kind of image should I use for a logo or clipart?
To use a logo, or some type image created by a graphics professional from solid lines and colors (specifically called 'vector art'), then EPS is the best choice. By using an EPS file in your design, you can retain the sharp lines in your original image, even if the file size you use is very small. If you do not have access to an EPS file, then a high quality JPG file format will provide you with the next best print quality. Again, try to find the highest quality image with a file size less than 6 Megabytes (6 Mb).

Where can I get a high quality image for my sign?
Check with you internal graphic design department to see if one has already been created. Or, you can purchase your custom original logo and sign designs for a very competitive price through our Sign Design Service program. These designs are created specifically for you by our own graphic design artists. We can help you design anything you need for your signs!

How can I tell if my image is good?
One way to see the quality of your image is to open it in an image viewer. Zoom in on the image, or enlarge it a great deal, and see if the image is very grainy. This is a good indication of a poor quality image. In general, it is good practice to find the highest quality image you can.

Placing an Order

How do I know that you received my order, and how do I obtain a receipt?
Once you have submitted your order, an order confirmation containing your final order total, link to shipment status, billing, design proof, contact and shipment information will be emailed to you.

What if I didn't receive my order confirmation?
If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please check your junk email folder or spam filter.

May I make a correction to my order after it has been submitted?
Since most orders are transmitted to our production staff immediately upon submission, it is generally impossible to make corrections or changes to the design submitted for printing. If you have just placed your order, and want to check if changing it is possible, please contact customer service immediately via 07 3285 1602.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can find our cancellation policy in our Terms of Sale.

Shipment / Delivery

What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is 5 working days to shipment with the exception of Canvas prints which is 7-9 working days.

Is there any way to put a rush on my order?
When you are placing your order you can notify us of your urgent requirements. An emergent fee may be placed on your order to enable us to escalate the delivery timeline.

How do you determine pricing for sign orders?
Digipro Prints is always working hard to keep our prices below market rates. We value you as a customer, so please let us know if you find a lower rate elsewhere.
Prices are not taken from a pricing sheet, but are calculated as you design your sign. As soon as you have designed your sign and selected your material and quantity, your price is calculated, including quantity price breaks. The price for your sign depends on several factors. Below you will find a description of each of factor and how to use them to make the signs you need at prices you can afford.
Size - Our signs come in many different sizes to accommodate your needs. The general rule is, the larger the sign, the more it costs.
Number of Colours - All signs are digitally printed. Therefore the cost of a one colour versus a full colour has very little price difference.
Quantity - The more you buy, the less they cost. We are constantly improving our pricing to allow the maximum discounts to customers who purchase multiple signs.
We believe strongly that quantity discounts are very important when trying to get your message out to as many people as possible.

Terms of SALE

1: Acceptance of Terms
Your purchase of DigiPro Prints products or services is subject to this Terms of Sale . By supplying a purchase order to DigiPro Prints, you acknowledge that you have read this document and agree to be bound by its terms.
This Terms of Sale is not meant to contradict, violate or run contrary to any portion of the Terms of Service which governs your use of DigiPro Prints services and your use of the Web Site. If any portion of the Terms of Sale is found to contradict, violate or run contrary to the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will govern and will be the binding document with regards to that portion.
The Terms of Sale is meant to provide general information regarding policies surrounding purchases from the DigiPro Prints. The Terms of Service is hereby incorporated by reference into this document and thus by agreeing to comply with the Terms of Service you again agree to comply with the Terms of Service.

2: Content of Your Purchase
You agree that artwork supplied by you for print will not be checked for content, spelling errors, grammatical errors, logical errors, aesthetic quality or colour matching. A close match to colour will be provided if the Pantone Matching Colour details are provided with your order.
While DigiPro Prints does not review the content of your sign or product, you still agree to be bound by the restrictions as laid out in the Terms of Service, and should it come to the attention of DigiPro Prints that you have violated the Terms of Service or this Terms of Sale, you agree that DigiPro Prints will send you notice of cancellation and your order will be cancelled. You further agree that the purchase price of your order, less any cost incurred during the processing of your order and its cancellation, will be returned by signed cheque through the Australia Post within 7 days of your receipt of notice of cancellation.
You also agree that the content of your sign or product does not contain any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, inflammatory, libelous, tortious, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or invasive of another's rights including but not limited to rights of celebrity, privacy and intellectual property.

3: Colour Matching
Computer monitors display images with light and use a standard known as RGB to do so. DigiPro Prints produces products in a variety of ways (CMYK, PMS, and others) that do not use light.
As such, you agree that DigiPro Prints not guarantee that the colours as they appear on the screen will look the same as the colours as they appear on the purchased product. DigiPro Prints works hard to make the colours on the screen be as true as possible to the printed colours, however, the differences in Monitors and the differences between light and pigment make it impossible to guarantee matching colours for all Users.

4: Materials
DigiPro Prints sells products made out of several different types of materials: 5mm Corflute, Aluminum (040 Aluminum, Art Board (PVC Foam Board), Decal (Digitally Printed Vinyl), Banner (Vinyl Banner), and Bumper Sticker (Digitally Printed Vinyl).
You agree that you have read our website and/or researched independently and that you know what each of these materials is and what you are buying. DigiPro Prints only guarantees that you will receive the materials advertised on the Web Site that you purchase. You agree that DigiPro Prints is not responsible for products received that are made of materials thought by the purchaser to be something other than advertised on the Web Site.
As an example, you agree DigiPro Prints is not responsible if the 5mm Corflute is received by the purchaser is not what the purchaser envisioned Corflute would be.
You agree that all products produced and sold by DigiPro Prints are for novelty purposes only. DigiPro Prints does not make any claims about the legal compliance or registration of sign, or any other products sold by DigiPro Prints. You agree to check with any applicable legal authority for the standards, rules and regulations governing the types of signs, or other products permitted for your particular use.

5: Submission of Images
All photographic images and clipart files should be provided to us as 300dpi at the actual print size. This will ensure that the quality of your image is suitable for your print requirements. All vector artwork should have all text converted to curves.

6: Production Time
DigiPro Prints works hard to ensure that orders will be produced and exit the DigiPro Prints facility within 5 business days from the date of order. This production time is not guaranteed and is limited in many ways for example if substrate product supply is not available. You agree that DigiPro Prints will take at least 5 business days to produce your order and that it may take longer than 5 business days dependent upon freight timeframes.

7: Return and Refund Policy
You agree that DigiPro Prints guarantees the products it sells are free from manufacturing defects and as such will be good for 90 days after purchase of the product. If the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during that time, you agree to take a photograph of the failed or broken product and send the photograph or the original failed or broken product to DigiPro Prints. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph, DigiPro Prints will send a replacement of the product or will issue DigiPro Prints credit for the purchase value of the failed or broken product(s). DigiPro Prints credit can be used on any other DigiPro Prints products.
DigiPro Prints does not guarantee or warrant that its products will work for any intended purpose or in any set of conditions. You agree that the determination of whether a products failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of DigiPro Prints. You further agree to provide full and complete information regarding the circumstances of the failure or breakage, including but not limited to the use of the product, the conditions the product was in, and any other information useful to an informed determination by DigiPro Prints as to the cause of the failure or breakage.

8: Changes to Your Order
DigiPro Prints provides a final artwork proof for signoff before production. Once you have agreed that you have reviewed your order and that no further additions, corrections or changes need to be made and that your order is final your artwork will be sent to production and production will commence. Changes cannot be made to your order once the artwork is in production.
